Hashtags are coming to Facebook to help users better surface conversations. Support for the all-but-ubiquitous topic organization system was rumored in March and will roll out to a small percentage of users Wednesday. Facebook will roll out hashtags to more users in the coming weeks. Today, over 250 students from a cross Uganda are set to take part in an online aptitude exam to win a fully paid scholarship from MTN Uganda. The winners will be announced on the 21st of June.
