Nine-time champions Real Madrid will meet Juventus in two mouthwatering clashes in Group B which also features Galatasaray and FC Copenhagen. Chelsea, champions two seasons ago, face Schalke 04, FC Basle and Steaua Bucharest in Group E, having beaten…

music-mix.ew.com Surprisingly, Jay Z didn’t make a single appearance at Sunday night’s MTV Video Music Awards, despite the fact that it took place inside the arena that he kinda-sorta had a hand in constructing. music-mix.ew.com Paul McCartney helped construct the greatest album of all time, among other minor accomplishments, so it’s not like the guy has anything left to prove at this point. Now he’s got a batch of freshly-written original material, and he’s ready to unleash it. According to a press release sent out late last night, McCartney’s new album New will be arriving in stores on October 15. It features…

livestrong.com Not all of us were lucky enough to be blessed with the muscle-building genetics of an Adrian Petersen or John Cena. Some of us were cursed to be “skinny-fat,” meaning we have very little muscle mass, a tiny frame and a moderately high body fat percentage. If that’s the genetic hand you were dealt, then you will have to train smarter. What works for guys who are naturally big and ripped (who basically build muscle by just looking at a barbell) probably won’t work as well for you. But that doesn’t mean you’re doomed to be walking around with…
