Ten league record champions Kampala Capital City Authority FC who are just a win away from clinching their record eleventh title in their remaining two games have today unveiled another mega sponsorship deal.
Britam, an insurance company is now the third sponsor of the eight time Uganda Cup winners after pay TV StarTimes and Prime Media.
“We are proud to announce yet another Sponsor who has joined our growing list of sponsors – Britam,” reads part of a statement posted by the club on their official Facebook page.
The deal worth 1.4 billion Uganda shillings per annum for three years was signed today in the attendance of KCCA executive director Madam Jennifer Musisi, FUFA president Eng. Moses Magogo among other club officials.
“Britam brings the club an Insurance package that is worth UGX 1.4 Billion per year for a period of 3 years and it will cover 40 playing and technical staff plus one beneficiary. We are grateful for the trust given to us and commit to uphold the values for which you have chosen to work with us,” the statement further reads.
While other clubs like Express FC, already relegated Sports Club Victoria University, SC Villa among many others in the top flight continue to suffer with financial problems, the Kasasiro Boys are surely not on that list with the three mega sponsorship deals from SrarTimes, Prime Media and now Britam Insurance company.
