Bebe Cool has addressed growing speculation regarding his son, Alpha Thierry Ssali, and his football pursuits in Spain. Alpha, a promising young footballer, is currently exploring opportunities in the sport but has not yet signed with any Spanish club.
Through a social media update titled “Update on Alpha Thierry Ssali’s Football Trials,” Bebe Cool clarified that Alpha is undergoing trials with Khaled Catalunya Management in Spain.
These trials are designed to evaluate his skills, fitness, and overall potential as a football player.
In his statement, Bebe Cool explained:
“Alpha Thierry Ssali is currently undergoing trials with Khaled Catalunya Management in Spain. The programme is assessing his skills, fitness, and potential.
We expect to receive feedback after the trials, which will provide valuable insights into his status as a player and areas for improvement. This feedback will guide our decision on his next steps.”
The singer also refuted reports claiming Alpha had already signed with a Spanish club, calling such claims “premature and inaccurate.”
He reassured fans that Alpha remains committed to his current obligations in the Uganda Premier League (UPL) and will return to Uganda to complete the season after his trials.
