Alpha Thierry Ssali, son of Bebe Cool, has officially signed a two-year contract with NEC Football Club.

The announcement, made on Sunday, January 26, marked a the next milestone in the young footballer’s career and a moment of immense pride for his father.
NEC FC, owned by the National Enterprise Corporation (NEC), the business arm of the Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces (UPDF), welcomed Alpha into their ranks, offering him a platform to further his football journey.
Bebe Cool, taking to his social media platform X, expressed his joy and pride. “New Beginnings! A proud moment for me as a father. Congratulations to Alpha Thierry Ssali on officially signing a two-year contract with National Enterprise Corporation Football Club – @Nec_Fc,” he wrote.
The proud father highlighted his son’s dedication and discipline, emphasizing the qualities that have brought him to this point.

Before joining NEC FC, Alpha spent a year and a half with Express FC, where he faced challenges in securing regular playing time.
Recently, Bebe Cool took him to Spain for trials, demonstrating his commitment to nurturing his son’s football potential. However, the decision was made for Alpha to finish his current season in the Uganda Premier League (UPL) before pursuing opportunities abroad.
