The mini skirt is under attack again! This time not to seek its ban but take seige of what it is meant to protect.
State minister for youth has been reported to be in support for rape of women in mini skirts.
Despite glaring challenges like unemployment , the minister statements make rape a priority, almost making it sound it is a human right to rape one who has teased your lustful desires.
Uganda has won many world cups already. Just when we were dusting the dinning table after Corruption, Alcoholism and happiness triumphs, Kibuule was cooking another meal that would make us win the rape world cup pants down.
