The swagalicious ASP Muhammad Kirumira aka Mwoyo Gwa Gwanga has once again been transferred.
In the new transfers that take immediate effect, Kirumira will head to Buyende District as the DPC. He has been the DPC of Old Kampala.
During his tenure, he cracked down on the Kifeesi group and reduced phone theft in down town. The thieves in Kisenyi are celebrating to the effect. The super swagged up ASP Kirumira will be missed.
