The latest lyrics from some of our upcoming artistes leave alot to be desired casting glaring red light too strong for the eyesight of one yearning to experience beauty in the art of music.
In Sheeba’s latest single which was unveiled with a video, the dancehall singer joins the Captain Dollar bandwagon after Leila secured her ticket on the same trip and she may not be ready to signal, “Awo!”
In Ice cream, Sheeba claims to be begging her man to give her more “ice cream” because she cant get enough. When asked to clarify, she played innocent saying ice cream is every girl’s friend and the young and old alike love it!
However, in the lyrics, she talks of “no house, no money or car” should be compared to the “ice cream”.
The video boosts of adventurous costumes and colour matching the song but she does not play a Katy Perry. I see more of Nicki.
When she revealed the song was written by Sizzaman, I forgave her. Don’t take road, ahead lies Ziggy D’s career.
