Former Ugandan vice president Balibaseka Gilbert Bukenya has openly admitted he is not about to give up on his quest for what the government owes him.
Prof. Gilbert Bukenya bitterly said he was deprived of what ought to be his by the government he served a few years back.
In his interview, Bukenya urged the government to respect its servants especially those who served it well like himself. He said all his then subjects like prof. Nsibambi and Kadaga have all received very expensive cars on top of the monthly allowances and miscellaneous funds for upkeep unlike him who has been ignored by his former boss.
“I drive my small premio and am happy” he uttered in a calm voice. Bukenya who drives his premio from Busiro to Kampala town centre insists he has not given up on demanding for what belongs to him.
He concluded by asking for massive support come 2016 when he stands for presidency.
