Denims are back with a bang and very trendy. There are many ways to wear them but my personal favourite is the denim on denim look. This look can come off looking very elegant depending on how well you spice it up.
Try out different textures.
If you are wearing a denim top and matching denim bottom then create a contrast with the look by opting for different textures and shades. However, ensure that the shade are not far apart. Then try a soft and hard double denim for a great contrast.
Accesorise wisely.
Just like leather, denim comes of as a tough look. So you can try softening the look by pairing your double denim with a pair of chic stilettos instead of boots. You could work around a coloured pair to add a touch of colour to the look.
Also accesorise with chains and neckpieces to add sparkle to the look. Keep in mind, though, that less is more; the less accessories, the less clogged your look will appear.
Be creative.
Head gears, the checkered shirt and coloured pout are just some of the tricks you can use to help step up your double denim look. It’s fashion afterall, and any rule broken could create a new styling trick!
