1. Irene Ntale
Ntale who is two years old in the music business has luckily received a good reception but not as much as we think she deserves. She is one hard working lady that has released consistent music for all the two years she has been on the scene. It’s is quite disappointing to see her being tabled as an upcoming artiste. We think she has proven and stood the test of time, with her latest single Nzenna, Irene is certainly not looking back.
2. Naava Grey
She has the soothing voice and keeps feeding us on her good vibes. Despite all this, Ugandans still regard her a struggling artiste. She was signed to South African label Sony but all that remains unrecognized by fellow Ugandans.
3. King Saha
King Saha still remains in Radio’s shadow. We put the whole blame on him for choosing to mimic fellow singer Radio but despite all this King Saha still remains a reckoning force in Uganda’s music industry. King Saha has atleast for the past one year released a hit every quarter of the year. We feel he has overcome his upcoming personality.
4. Prof. Big Eye
The self proclaimed professor is also one of the most underrated Ugandan singers that has over years failed to gain a prominent position in the music industry. Professor Big Eye aka StarBoss Big Eye has a section of Ugandan music lovers who feel he should be at a better rank than he actually is in the Ugandan music industry.
5. Ziza Bafana
Ziza Bafana is one other underrated artiste. The Magic Empire singer always has a song on the charts at any one point and yet he remains underrated. Ziza should be taken to the next music level by the fans.
