On Friday, Coca-Cola Uganda handed over UGX5,000,000 to John Muwafu, a resident of Kikubankima, Mukono and lucky winner of last week’s Vimba ne Coca-Cola draw.
Muwafu joins the thousands of consumers who have won airtime and cash in the ongoing Under The Crown Promotion.
The visibly excited Muwafu said he had almost given up when he received the message informing him that he was the winner.
“I have learnt that it is good to be patient and to persevere if you want something. If I had given up and not sent the code, I would not be here today. It’s not too late for other consumers,” he exclaimed.
While handing over the cash prize to Muwafu, Simon Kaheru, the Public Affairs and Communications Director at Coca Cola Beverages Africa, encouraged consumers not to give up.
