The “Castle Lite Unlocks” music experience has come to Uganda. Launched at an event held at The Square on Saturday, it aims to tap into Ugandans’ passion for music by bringing international and local artistes on one stage to give fans an innovative music experience.
Speaking at the launch, Julian Sentamu, the brand manager Castle Lite Uganda revealed that the music experience which for years has been restricted to South Africa has now been opened to other African countries, Uganda inclusive. She further noted that 10 lucky Ugandans will be flown to South Africa to be part of the “Castle Lite Unlocks” concert slated for April 30.
“‘Castle Lite Unlocks’ is a music platform that brings local and international on one stage,” Setamu explained. “It has for years been restricted to South Africa, but this year, we are opening it to all African countries.”
“We have 10 tickets to give away to lucky consumers for an all-expense paid trip to Johannesburg, South Africa and a chance to enjoy a VIP treat with international superstar Chance the Rapper.” She added.
During the launch ceremony, guests were treated to performances from sensational rapper Fik Fameica and Truth 256 while enjoying free drinks and food. The “Castle Lite Unlocks” music experience will continue to different bars around Kampala, Mbarara and Mbale.
