Bell Jamz took things a notch higher with their stage at this year’s Nyege Nyege festival. They set up a creative hub, which featured a full recording studio.

Revellers were free to walk in and record songs of their own, and dancehall artist, Beenie Gunter, did not miss out on the opportunity to let his creative juices flow.

The track, titled ‘Never Like Dat’ and produced by Asteyn, was recorded with no prior preparation at all and from our first listen, it has the makings of a hit.

The Bell Jamz area also featured a karaoke stage that had attendees sing their lungs out. Veteran producer Benon Mugumbya was one of those who took the stage, rolling back the hands of time as he performed a love ballad from the 80s.

By Staff Writer

Rapper Fik Famieca is a lucky man. The Tobuloberamu singer survived an accident last not after a night out with his team. One of the members of his management team didn’t have the same luck though.

Fik who had gone to La Paroni’s for a night out with friends and his team left the bar at around 4am in the company of his team.

The group were crossing the road while taking selfies and videos as is usually the case with most partygoers after a long night out of fun.

Out of the blue, a car with one headlight appeared. It was about to clear everyone only for Fik to jump out of the way. His manager who was on the opposite side of the artiste didn’t have enough time to get out of the way.

He is currently at Nakasero hospital nursing injuries from the accident. We are told that he went through an Xray and one of his bones was fractured. Our prayers are with him.

Here is the video.
