Miss Rose, is based in the USA. She grew up listening to hip hop music, and, throughout her high school years, Rose wrote and performed songs in her hometown of Boston, MA, where she developed a loyal fan base.
After finishing college, Rose attended The New England Institute of Art and obtained a bachelor’s degree in the fields of film and digital media as well as Radio and TV Broadcasting at the age of only 20.
Wanting to take her music career to another level, she started to write and record songs. She soon hooked up with Blacker for “Ah Nuh Suh it Go”.
“Right now, the whole world wants to know who Miss Rose is … she is of Trinidadian and Indian decent, but ah dancehall and hip hop she love, and, trust me, she ah work pon some new things that ah go lock down the world. Just stay tuned,” Blacker said.
The video is in heavy rotation on HYPE, CVM, RE, E PLUS and LINKS TV. The video is #3 on the CVM Hitlist countdown and was named ‘video of the week’ on RDH TV in the United Kingdom.
After teaming up with Blacker with hit dancehall song for Summer 2013, “Anuh Suh it Go” on Matey vs Wifey, she then released a solo track “No Worries”. She proved her lyrical talent and natural flow on her 2nd release!!
