Well-known events host African Simba aka The Game Changer is set to mark his birthday tomorrow, May 8th, in grand style — a shift from his usual tradition of giving back to the community.

For years, Simba has dedicated his birthdays to philanthropy and charity work, supporting various causes in schools and orphanages.
Just last year, through a charity organization in Mpigi, he generously donated disposable pads to school-going girls, aiming to improve menstrual health and keep girls in school.
But this year, Simba feels it’s time to turn the spotlight on himself. “Every year I have been doing charity in different orphanages, schools… but this year I want to finally celebrate myself,” he shared. “I want to celebrate what I have achieved with the people that I have achieved it with, in the different nights that I work in.”
To kick off the celebrations, Simba is organizing a lively bar night at Cat Walk, where celebrated artist Cindy Sanyu will be the guest performer.
The festivities won’t stop there — on Friday, Simba heads to Vault with Fik Fameica, and on Saturday, he wraps up the weekend at Paradigm with none other than Pallaso.
It’s set to be a weekend of fun, music, and reflection for African Simba, as he honors both his journey and the people who have supported him along the way.
