After surviving lynching by an angry mob in Iganga recently for their part in Tubonga Nawe project that saw President Museveni cling to power, musicians Radio and Weasel have devised a plan to stay protected.

News on our desks shows that one of the musicians in the duo, Mowzey Radio has requested for and been granted bodyguards to keep him safe from now on.

Radio was recently spotted at Amnesia with a bodyguard trailing his every step to make sure that no one gets in his way or tries to attack him. At the club he stayed clear of fans and tried to keep a low profile.

This comes at a time when Tubonga Nawe artistes including Bebe Cool, Haruna, Catherine Kusasira and Chameelone among others came under fire for taking part in the project that many Ugandans were opposed to.

We will keep you posted.
