Airtel Uganda has opened a new premium customer care center in Gulu Town by Gulu’s Mayor, His Lordship George Labejja, Airtel Distribution Director Mr. Michael Walekwa, representatives from Gulu Town Council as well as members of the Gulu business community and high value customers.
In a major move to enhance customer experience, Airtel has continued to launch premium shops and customer care centers countrywide with more openings to follow in the months to come.
The Airtel shops offer a bouquet of services and will see customers enjoy fast and convenient customer service with all their needs taken care of as quickly as possible in a welcoming and friendly environment. Furthermore, the recently concluded partnership with Huawei will see exclusive products from the company available in the new Airtel shop.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Michael Walekwa of Airtel Uganda said “Extending the Airtel network services signals a real stake in the ground for leadership in the telecommunications industry. It has been our endeavor to enhance the customer experience for our more than 7.2 million customers.
