Following his first ‘live music night’ at his Garden City based Sound Cup Café last month where he unveiled his new love called Naggita, a guitar, Mwoyo singer Maurice Kirya treated his customers to sounds of Irene Ntale at the second ‘live music night’ of the year.
In the true spirit of promoting Ugandan music and his business of course, Kirya brought his customers fellow musician Irene Ntale last Thursday evening. Irene served revelers her wonderful ballads including ‘Love Letter’ a collabo with Bebe Cool, ‘Eno y’Essaawa’ and ‘Stay With Me’ among others. Her guitar skills were exceptional.
Kirya told fans that he was not copying Club silks unplugged idea but simply giving music lovers an alternative. The next event will take place on the last Thursday of April at the Sound Cup Café.
