After 15 years of existence, Eagle’s production band is no more. Musicians, directors and shareholders of the Eagles production company failed to agree on different things hence the dissolution. A new band has been created in the names of Golden Production.
According to former Manager Kavuma,the band is still Eagles with the same people but under a new name GOLDEN PRODUCTION. “We decided to change the name for reasons best known to us. Thank you all for the support all these years.” He posted online.
NTV’s Douglas Lwanga just like many other Ugandan celebs is saddened by the dissolution and here is what he posted to show his dissatisfaction. “Wow I know when people grow up a lot of challenges come thru including sustaining a group of friends. I think EAGLES PRODUCTION shouldn’t have changed names since AFRIGO BAND has existed longer and never changed names. Otherwise if there is something else that caused the bands fall it should be clear to fans. I think the members should have solved their differences other than dissolving something that made them what they are.” Douglas said.
Catherine Kusaasira a member of the band staged a sold out show at Equatorial parking a few days ago, Eagles production members were present and gave the revellers a good show.
