This Saturday, as golfers tee off the 2025 season of the I&M Bank Katogo Golf Series on the Entebbe Club greens, they’ll have to prepare for an evening to remember, as songstress Naava Grey will be taking them on a soulful musical journey.

Golfers should start rehearsing dance moves and lyrics to songs like Ninga Omuloge, Soka Lami, Nteredde, Laavu Eno, Owuwo, among others.

I&M Bank’s Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Annette Nakiyaga, noted that, Naava Grey will give the season opener 19th hole a unique vibe, that will ensure golfers have a memorable time after a gruelling day on the course.

“For each and every quarterly event we host, there’s a new aspect to it. We felt the season opener should be special, so we settled on having the soulful Naava Grey to serenade golfers and guests. With her unique music touch, we are assured that golfers will have a memorable time,” she said.

Known for her ability to fuse contemporary sounds with rich cultural elements, creating music that resonates deeply with her audience, Naava Grey’s lyrical themes explore love, heartbreak, and personal growth. Golfers are guaranteed an emotional and soul-stirring experience that leaves a lasting impression.

The 19th hole experience will be hosted by renowned comedian Patrick ‘Salvador’ Idringi, whose comic punchlines always leave golfers in stitches, as well as ensure a lively and entertaining atmosphere.
