In a recent sermon, Apostle Grace Lubega, the head of Phaneroo Ministries International, addressed the issue of alcohol consumption and smoking, stating that while these habits are not explicitly condemned in the Bible, they carry significant risks that could lead to death.

During the sermon, Apostle Grace emphasized that drinking alcohol or smoking is not inherently sinful according to biblical teachings. However, he cautioned against the potential dangers associated with these practices, highlighting their capacity to become destructive and even fatal.

“Drinking alcohol is not sin but it can be a door. It can be a door to bury you. I know of people right now who are dead because they took that one bottle. There’s nothing in the bible that refuses smoking, oh yes. The devil can start with this small something that you put into your mouth,” Apostle Grace stated during his sermon.

His remarks underscore the importance of exercising caution and moderation when it comes to indulging in alcohol and smoking.

While the Bible may not explicitly forbid these behaviors, Apostle Grace urged his followers to be mindful of the potential risks they pose to one’s health and well-being.

The message delivered by Apostle Grace aligns with the ministry’s emphasis on spiritual and physical well-being.
