In a recent development, Shakib Cham, the husband of Ugandan and South African-based socialite Zari Hassan, has found himself amidst controversy as he is accused of child neglect by his baby mama, Tusiime Jalia Cremy.
The accusations surfaced in a Facebook post by Ms. Tusiime Jalia, where she claims that Shakib has been neglecting his responsibilities towards their shared son. Despite reaching out to Zari Hassan multiple times regarding the matter, Jalia alleges that her attempts to address the issue with Shakib’s new wife have been futile.
Jalia expressed her reluctance to speak out earlier due to the fear of being labeled an attention seeker. However, in the recent post, she vows to reveal phone recordings of conversations as evidence if compelled to do so.
In her Facebook statement, Tusiime Jalia Cremy stated, “See this man? He is the most heartless man I have ever met in the world. I have all the recordings, and I will pull out receipts because in 2024, no one will silence me.”
Furthermore, Jalia asserts that she is unswayed by Shakib’s achievements, emphasizing that she is content in her current relationship. She attributes Shakib’s alleged neglect to his laziness and dependency on the women he marries, a claim she says was corroborated by Zari herself in their conversations.
Jalia counters any potential accusations of jealousy by stating, “Plus stop saying it’s jealousy because I’m in a whole new beautiful relationship. I was tired of taking care of that ki bogus boy because I am independent. Getting pregnant at 22 years in a foreign land is no joke.“
This revelation comes approximately three months after the lavish wedding ceremony of Shakib and Zari in South Africa. The couple had tied the knot in a glamorous event, but these recent allegations have cast a shadow over their union.
