A 46-year-old nurse of the Mandaluyong Medical Center was killed after she was hacked multiple times by her husband, who accused her of cheating on him.

The victim was found Tuesday with both hands chopped off and neck severely wounded.

Her husband, Albert Tabor, surrendered to authorities and admitted to the crime.

He said his wife cheated on him with his brother and a foreman hired to construct their house.

The suspect said he even installed a video camera in their bedroom to catch her wife and the foreman in the act.

Tabor said he already confronted his wife about it but the latter was in denial, pushing him to hurt her.

The suspect will face charges of parricide.
