Progressively, the music industry has gotten a tad sexual where established musicians contain substantial proportions of sexual content. This has been expressed recently by Uganda’s sensational singer Winnie Nwagi who took to her socials and posted pictures showing off her half n*de body.
Winnie who seemed unbothered by people’s criticisms posted the pictures captioning them “Mind the business that pays you”
This left most of her fans raged who expressed their disappointment and dissatisfaction in the comment section throwing all kinds of shade. They branded Winnie old to put out half naked pictures to the public. “I am so disappointed in you Nwagi, you are old enough to be doing these childish things. You have a child and you should be exemplary.” an angry fan commented
Some of her fans however defended her saying it has become a habit for most people in the entertainment industry to do such for clout chasing.
“I do not see why people are surprised of that. Most of these celebrities do any thing to win the chats. Winnie did something that is so normal and okay.” a fan said
Some music critics have come out to say that in today’s music industry, which has bore the brunt of COVID 19, through cancelled music shows and concerts, salacious and sexually sugggestive music videos have also become the in-thing.
