A Kenyan man who was fighting for his life over a deadly cancer was healed after smoking cigarettes more than a cartridge of e-cigarette liquid every day for seven consecutive years. According to Boniface Ndung’u, 34, he started vaping in 2016 due to peer influence, thinking that it would be fun. Progressively it became an addictive behavior to him as he couldn’t do without smoking cigarettes as usual. He spent a lot of money in buying cigarettes each day of his life for seven years.
Boniface continued with his habit and he wasn’t able to be controlled by anything. It reached a point where he lacked money to purchase the cigarettes and he felt sick any time he didn’t smoke because of addiction. He decided to take loans from his friends in order for him in acquisition of cigarettes. He smoked all through seven years without skipping a single day. Boniface’s friends asked him to stop by advising him on the negative impacts of smoking cigarettes. They cited to him some of the most negative side effects of smoking in order for him to turn around from smoking but that never changed anything and he considered the advice as a waste of time.
He started coughing blood, chest pain among other symptoms of lung cancer. That is when he stopped smoking. Suddenly it became the situation worsened and he visited hospital for medical checkups, that is when it’s discovered that the cancer had spread and made it difficult to be treated. Boniface is now battling for his life in hospital as the habit badly damaged his lungs. Luckily, his brother was given information about a traditional herbalist who could help.
