Every time you read about him being linked to the many sought after ladies in town, you gape in shock. You might have read a bold headline screaming out…. “SEYA DATING DESIRE….” And gone like how??? You take a quick look at the belle, your jaw drops and take a look at him and you definitely don’t get the same feeling. He stands at a miniature 5ft 4 inches, semi potbellied with a not so attractive grin and about a few teeth that left for vacation. You ask a female friend if he would ever stand a chance with her, and in quick reaction intimates…..”NEVERRRRR!”
But believe it or not, Nasser Ntege Ssebagala is a Hugh Hefner of sorts with all these ladies vying for his attention. It’s like he plays the lead in his own reality soap opera KEEPING UP WITH SEYA and like the famous soap actor Salvador, he leaves them gasping for breath. His train of women has had passengers like Desire Luzinda, Iryn Namubiru, Sylvia Owori and a string of many others.

Seya is an impeccable dresser. He has a penchant for class and is always clad in cloth from the top fashion houses in the world. We are talking Giorgio Armani,Versace.Its said that he has a different suit for each day. He is always looking dapper and suave in his suits and the ladies love a guy who is kempt and dresses sharp. The former mayor scores high on style and appeal.
Influence
After being twice mayor of Kampala, he has had the chance to rub shoulders with the elite; his education levels notwithstanding. He has the president’s telephone number on speed dial and which girl doesn’t want a guy who can hook her up with any opportunity in this country. He is undoubtedly one of the most influential people in this country.

With English not his forte, he has been known to be a man of less words and more walk. His words have been in form of Toyota Nadias, RAV 4’s and the like. If you talk that language, you are in every woman’s good books.

Seya is a real estate mogul with buildings littered all over the city meaning he pulls in the cheques and you know how the girls love ‘Mr. moneybags’. He has the dimes and he loves to spend it on his bevy of women. Just ask Desire Luzinda. She has dined with him in plush restaurants and hotels but her numerous attempts to dig a hole down his pockets have been futile. The guy keeps afloat financially.

This guy racks the numbers. He has sired precisely 18 children and has been known to hit on the dot. The figure is estimated for obvious reasons as his promiscuity has taken him to beds as far as Saudi Arabia. The most recent addition to the Ssebagala family has Sylvia Owori’s DNA on it, which tells half the story about a man whose “SHOT ON TARGET TO GOAL” ratio is an impressive 1:1.
