Residents near KatiKati Bar, along the Lugogo bypass, are living in fear after a death-trap has stayed un-maintained for so long.
For the past two weeks, the manhole has left four people nursing severe injuries after they unknowingly got trapped in it and surprisingly the authorities are turning a deaf ear despite it being a few meters away from the main road.
