Singer Vyroota has responded to growing concern from fans after many noticed his significant weight loss in recent weeks. The singer has assured the public that his slimmer appearance is not the result of any illness.
Speaking during an interview on Kasuku Live, Vyroota explained that he had previously gained weight after using supplements incorrectly. He said he later stopped taking the supplements and made major changes to his diet, particularly by cutting out sugar.
“I took supplements and they made me fat. I used them the wrong way, but I stopped. What I did is I stopped eating sugar and I lost weight,” Vyroota said.
According to the singer, eliminating sugar from everyday foods and drinks has been the biggest reason behind his transformation.
He claimed that avoiding sugary products such as soda, juice, and even sugar in tea can help people lose weight without necessarily going to the gym, adding that this is exactly what worked for him.
Vyroota also dismissed speculation about his health, reassuring fans that there is no cause for alarm. “I am fit and okay. I’m not sick,” he said, putting to rest rumors that had circulated online following his noticeable change in appearance.
