As the changes continue to effect at the Serena based Television Station NTV, we have learnt that upcoming artistes will no longer be hosted at the station for free like it has been. This comes a day after the station MD sacked the programme manager. In a purportedly leaked email which was issued by top management, it was made clear to all program hosts that they will with effect from yesterday the 23rd not host an upcoming artiste for free.
The email read as follows:
Subject: Guest Appearances on NTV MUSICAL SHOWS.
Dear all
As discussed Effective today 23rd of July 2014, any guest appearance on any musical show shall be at a cost of 500,000/- inclusive of VAT. This applies to the following.
1. The Beat
2. Expozed
3. Kona ne NTV.
All payments shall be received in advanced and a receipt issued and scanned to Finance Manager, MD sales manager. Any free guest appearance must be cleared by the MD.

Our reports have revealed that the bigger portion of staff is not happy with the ongoing changes but have been threatened to sack an employee who demonstrates against the changes.
