The Grand finale for Miss Tourism Africa 2024 was held last evening at the Landmark Centre located in Lagos Nigeria. Uganda’s Miss Tourism 2nd runner up 2023/24 Alison Mary Akello was crowned Miss Popularity and 2nd runner up at the grand finale in Nigeria.
She won the category of Miss Popularity during bootcamp where she scored the highest points and during all Miss Tourism pageants Miss Popularity automatically qualifies for top 5 regardless of number of contestants and that is how lucky Akello was.
Among the top 5 she went on and wowed the judges and was crowned 2nd runner up Miss Tourism Africa 2023/24.
The overall winner from the pageant was Ndinelago ‘Ndina’ Emosho from Namibia. She was crowned this year’s Miss Tourism Africa.
The other countries that were represented at the Grand finale of the Miss Tourism Africa 2024/25 in Nigeria yesterday.
