While others stress on doing countless sit ups and running up hills for months to get in shape, others just walk in a facility and after a few hours of enhancement they are in top shape.
Reports reaching us are that renowned South Africa based socialite and apparent tycoon, Ivan Ssemwanga has gone under the knife. The seemingly chubby sangoma decided to take the quicker alternative on Wednesday and go for a liposuction procedure that lasted about 6 hours in the city of Sandton. The procedure is popular with celebrities in Hollywood who undergo so much pressure to look stunning. It involves extracting an amount of fat from the intended area.
For Ssemwanga, it is certainly his very pronounced abdomen. The procedure is said to have taken his wallet back by 160m which is no easy feat. We all know he has spent ludicrous figures on fancy cars, boat cruises, bar bills and the like, so plastic surgery was just the logical next move.
After almost losing his beloved Zari Hussein to the more toned basketballer Isaac Lugudde, the chubby businessman is not taking chances. The businessman will be donning a vest for a couple of days as this is intended in curbing bleeding and bruising. We see this as a ploy to keep his on and off boo Zari happy and it should definitely do the trick.
