TPF Winner Davis Ntare lands deal with Universal Records

A guitar sitting on the back, a cheque of over shs 100m and a powerful voice could easily be the right incentives for an upcoming star to flourish in the music industry. With all that, the ground seems pretty leveled for any artiste embarking on a life dream path as a performing artiste.

Well, not always. A classic example is our very own Davis Ntare oozing of talent who came through as a winner of the Tusker Project Fame Season Four but somehow slipped into oblivion. We can all make guesses but it was never clear how such a talent could simply go on the peripheral and resign himself to a life of unfulfilled potential.

Kinetic Management Company has tried to save something of a career for him trying out a deal for the management of his career. International music label Universal Records has taken belief in the singer and offered him a deal that will seem him record and distribute music around Africa. This should come as good news to a man whose only claim to fame has been that solitary talent show fame.

We wish him the best.
