Joey Muthengi, radio presenter, actress, Channel O veejay and Tusker project fame hostrecently spoke about how her life has turned out for her in recent times.
Well, she had an interview with The Drum magazine where she dished on most of the questions you would have. We start with men becuase its probably what many people ask about her, is she dating, what does she look for in a man. As for what she looks for in a man “a real man, a gentleman , someone mature who can take care of himself is ultimately what i look for , which is hard to find. A man is sexy because he is confident and honest”.
She has been on an awkward date too, she says “it was when this guy i met up with, he assumed we were going to his place afterwards. It was a first date. Long story short, we parted ways at the parking lot and we never spoke again. I am not dating anyone. The dating train stall lately. I ve gotten to the point where dating is not a priority for me. Its something i will pursue when i get time and thats not right now.”
Joey doesnt go to many events, you will rarely see her out on red carpets as it is with most celebrities with her status. To that she says ,”i am stuck up. Most assume that because i’m not alwasys out and about, I think highly of myself. However those who know me understand that im an introvert who is terribly shy, so i rarely make public appearances.
A man she calls William has been very prominent on her blog, Joeys Factory, she says this is a culmination of all the wrong men she has dated. Well maybe that could explain why she has chosen to stay out of the dating scene.
She is currenytly working on a TV show she is co producing and an online radio project she partnered with an upcoming dj on. How does she keep fit ? she does yoga and loves her food spicy.
