It’s no secret that Real Madrid has been in a do or die fight to land Tottenham Hotspur’s winger Gareth Bale. The Spanish capital club is even yet to offer a mouthwatering, record breaking, 115 million Euros for the Welshman’s signature.
In the event of Tottenham’s chairman Daniel Levy thwarting all Real Madrid’s advances, Bale has remained very silent. The winger has felt rather disappointed with the club’s failure to hold talks with Madrid and has been isolated in recent weeks. The winger has been very silent about the whole drama surrounding his imminent move that teammates have become concerned.
It’s no secret that the winger wants to join the nine times European champions. Its felt that the winger is trying to push for a move sooner than later, he has even cut communication with teammates.
Tottenham Hotspur’s manager Andre Villas Boas came out to say, “The boy never speaks. He only turns up for training and leaves.”
The two time PFA player of the year, Bale, has cut a very disfigured figure ever since Madrid showed interest in him. His antics only paint the picture of a desperate man who will do anything to force a move. Tottenham claims Bale is injured and yet he trained with the Wales team in mid-week so it seems clear that the 24 year old Welshman and the club are in a stalemate of sorts.
The transfer window ends on 31st so we wait patiently to see how the relationship between Bale and Tottenham pans out.
