Some lovers were just meant for each other, and when they add the celebrity factor to their relationship, it makes them look like the gods of love. In Uganda, celebrities hook up and break up every day, but the list below shows some of those couples who have stuck together through 2014 and still looked good with each other at all costs. Mc Kats and Fille
Mc Kats is a TV presenter on NTV Uganda doing the NTV Xpozed show. He is also an emcee who is popular among youthful crowds. Fille on the other hand is a musician known for her “Got no money” song. She is managed by her boyfriend Mc Kats. The two love birds who were meant for each other were first rumoured to be in a relationship early this year. They denied it at first but time came when they couldn’t hide their chemistry. They later came out and made their relationship public. Although they fight every now and then, the two are rumoured to wed soon. We will keep you posted.
Rema and Eddy Kenzo
Musicians Rema and Kenzo made it known in 2014 that they are an item and love each other. However, Rema chickened out of the relationship shortly after despite several pleas by Kenzo for her love. The Mchuzi singer who was also linked to another musician called Walukaga enjoyed an on and off relationship with Kenzo until the two quit playing games and accepted each other as lovers. The two have been one of the cutest couples of the year, with a little toddler on the way.
Samira and Weasel
Former Good Lyfe music crew singer Weasel has had a good year. This is not only in his music career but also in his love life. Samira who was Weasel’s brother AK47’s wife was swayed away by the lover boy known for his ‘Amaaso’ song. The day he looked into her eyes and said the three little words, she was completely taken up by him. Weasel who ‘kwanjula-d’ Samira recently is expecting a celebrity son from her anytime soon.
Bebe Cool and Zuena
The two who kissed passionately at Zuena’s birthday party in April this year left a mark on Ugandans as one of the cutest celebrity couples of 2014. Zuena has been there for her man all through the year. From attending all his concerts, to attending his video shoots, to acting as a queen dancer on stage for Bebe Cool, Zuena has proved her love for him. What makes them even cuter together is the fact that they do everything together and no one is ashamed of the other. Way to go Bebe Cool and Zuena.
Bobi Wine and Barbie
Bobi and Barbie are a celebrity couple with a purpose. They do everything together, create time for family moments, enjoy food together… even a plate of Katogo at a public event, kiss and do the nasty in their bedroom of course. This couple has been one of the best in 2014 because of their pure love which they have somehow managed to keep fresh. The two have raised a wonderful family together and work so hard to better their future as a couple. Bobi Wine who has a garden at home competes with his wife Barbie who also has a garden just next to her hubby. The two compete on who will get the best harvest among other things. This has kept them as one of the role model celebrity couples of 2014, helped them to bond and get time for each other and made them look good together.
