TikTok creator Kayanja Timothy, popularly known as Jayden, is set to be laid to rest on Thursday, 24 September 2026, in Sala Village, Wakiso District.
Jayden passed away on 15 September 2026 while in India, where he had undergone a bone marrow transplant as part of efforts to manage his sickle cell condition.
His body is expected to be brought back to Uganda ahead of the burial, with a series of funeral services planned to honour his life.
The funeral programme will begin with a vigil on Tuesday, 22 September 2026, at St. Kizito Catholic Church in Namungoona.
On Wednesday, 23 September, a requiem Mass will be held at St. Kizito Catholic Church, Namungoona, starting at 10:00 AM. A vigil will then be held later that day in Sala Village, Wakiso District.
On Thursday, 24 September, another requiem Mass will be held before Jayden is laid to rest at his ancestral burial site in Sala Village at 4:00 PM.
Jayden was known for his content on TikTok, where he had built a following through his online presence and personal journey.
