In another twist of events, as Uganda was welcoming back Raba Daba to the music scene, the guy he stabbed two years back in a club was found dead at his home. Rasta Thadeus the tall brown guy with long dreads who features in the goodlife song “Chamila the teacher” has been found dead in his Nsambya house. It is rumored that Thadeus has been having abdominal complications ever since he was stabbed by singer Rabadaba in May 2011. Thadeus was known as the grandfather of Ugandan Rastafarians.

However, according to lawyers, Raba Daba will not be implicated because the death occurred two years after the alleged crime. One lawyer had this to say: “Raba Daba will not be implicated if the death is outside the one year and one day legal requirement on causation.” So definitely Raba Daba is innocent and he should not be blamed for something that happened years back.

To the Goodlyfe family and Thadeus family, we send our sincere condolences. And to the general public, it’s not time to heap blame on Raba Daba, he is innocent in this matter according to the law.
