The 2nd edition of Talent Africa’s #UGCYPHER2 Video is out. It features an impressive line-up of arguably the best Hip-Hop artists in Uganda right now; 3-Card, NAVIO, Herninjaness-Ninja C, Tucker HD, St. Nelly-Sade, Lyrical G, Ruyonga, Enygma, Mun-G, The Mith, Big Trill & Flex DPaper.
