Sweden based Ugandan musician Hanson Baliruno is in mourning following the untimely death of his elder brother. His brother only identified as Sam was reportedly murdered on his way back to Kampala from upcountry.
According to Johnson, Hanson’s other brother, Sam was driving from Fortportal very late at night and he decided to take two men with him, who ended up taking his life and threw his body in Lugazi.
Popular for his “Love Letter” song, Hanson admitted he was depressed by the passing on of his brother and prayed for divine strength through this trying moment. He siad:
“lost a brother
he was murdered on one of the busiest highways in Ug and his car was stolen! !
Police is trying to investigate the case and burial is taking place today! !
Kwegamba sibitegeera naye Mukama atugumye”
