Swangz Avenue Plans African Expansion, Benon Confirms

Swangz Avenue, a Ugandan-founded record label and audio-visual production house, is planning to expand its presence across the African continent, this website has learnt.

Swangz Avenue singers, Winnie Nwagi, Vinka, Azawi and Zafaran.

According to co-founder Benon Mugumbya, the company is preparing to launch in several African countries, including Kenya, Tanzania, and four other countries yet to be disclosed.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Swangz Avenue has grown into one of the leading audio and film production companies in Kampala, Uganda, and the wider East African region.

The company also specializes in video production, TV commercial production, events promotion, and talent management.

This move marks a major step in Swangz Avenue’s mission to become a pan-African entertainment brand, showcasing Ugandan creativity and talent on a broader stage.
