During her birthday celebration, Spice Diana looked back on her early years, recounting a period when she sold cow lungs, or “obuwowolo” as they are locally called, on the streets of Nankulabye.
Spice Diana, like many celebrities who started with humble means, was determined to overcome life’s obstacles in pursuit of a brighter future.

Around 2011 to 2013, she was navigating the streets of Nankulabye, hustling to make ends meet by selling cow lungs—a popular street food in Uganda.
With humor and nostalgia, she shared, “I used to sell buwowolo there in Nankulabye but I used to eat them and the capital, but now I just send someone and they buy for me.”
