Ugandan Socialite unusually celebrated Easter with neighbors Rwanda. Shillo Kezimbira aka Kez Shillo extended her foundation works beyond Uganda during her Easter holiday. Shillo who has in the past done her Shillo foundation charity works in and all over Uganda went different over the Easter period where she celebrated Rwanda’s kwibuka with natives in Kigali.
While in Kigali, Kez Shillo and Shillo foundation visited Lamera where they offered counseling services and encouraged some of the victims of the genocide and further pledged aid in future.
Kwibuka is a passover ceremony that Rwanda celebrates to remember their country men that were murdered in the genocide. Shillo was with the rest of Rwanda in the remembrance but fronted her foundation to offer further aid.
Shillo foundation has previously been all over parts of Uganda like Lira, Kireka, Gulu, Kinawataka and Wandegeya aiding orphans, the elderly and expectant mothers which is the core of the foundation.
