Last week, comedian Patrick Salvado Idringi revealed that he was working on a new Hollywood movie in Kajansi posting photos of himself in a scene playing the character of father Moses. Fans were very excited about Salvado’s new role until he dropped the bomb on them the next day saying that he was duped.
The man from Ombokolo posted a bluster the next day calling the director a sham and the movie a low budget Hollywood movie. He said that this was something he couldn’t take part in anymore as it lowered his standards as an actor.
“I lowered my standards all in the name of experiencing the thrill of working with a Hollywood director, who was on point and knew what he was doing on this low budget movie. But getting disrespected by the producer, was just ridiculous. I have really worked so hard for my name to be taken for granted. I didn’t ask for much, but just mutual respect and understanding. Anyway, new opportunities will come my way and I know for sure. But for now, let me say, I’m sticking to comedy and my beloved Beneath the Lies,” Salvado said.
It seems Salvado failed to agree with the director leading to the collapse of the deal.
