Fredrick Bless, originally known as Ssemanda Fredrick, is a seasoned artist manager, digital music distributor, and content creator based in Kampala, Uganda. With a passion for music and a proven track record in the industry, Fredrick has played a vital

role in shaping the careers of numerous Ugandan artists through expert artist development, online presence management, and strategic music distribution.

His extensive experience includes working with renowned musicians such as Apass, Fyno, Levixon, Feffe Busi, Da Agent, among others. He notably managed Sama Sojah and Nandor Love under Redzone Government and contributed his content creation skills to Masters Music and Voices and Beats Records.

Currently, Fredrick Bless is an integral part of Team No Sleep (TNS), personally brought on board by industry heavyweight Jeff Kiwa. At TNS, he manages artists like Ava Peace and Jowy Landa, overseeing their digital branding, publishing, and music distribution with precision and creativity.

Beyond the music industry, Fredrick Bless is a dedicated humanitarian. He works actively with the Charlie Mugga Teenage Cancer Initiative, a cause close to his heart that supports teenage cancer patients in Uganda and the UK. Through this initiative, he has helped organize cancer awareness charity runs in both Uganda and London, and contributed to donations made to the Uganda Cancer Institute.

Additionally, Fredrick Bless is part of the Emolyne Legacy Project, an initiative focused on improving the lives of farmers in Bwera Village, Kitagwenda District. Through this project, he supports rural empowerment, sustainable agriculture, and community development.

His combined experience in entertainment and humanitarian work positions him as a unique leader committed not only to elevating African talent but also to creating meaningful social impact.
