Balaam the events organiser of top concerts in the country has called all security organs he intends to work with ahead of the Tebiba bingi concert in a meeting to tighten security.
This came after Uganda police warned that a suspected terrorist Khaled Ahmed could have sneaked into the country earlier this week.
Resolutions were made among which is no cars will allowed into the venue or even around it. Iryn Namubiru will hold her launch at Hotel Africana today on 4rd October.
