Uganda’s Minister for Ethics and Integrity, Fr. Simon Lokodo, has confirmed that Police is about to arrest Desire Luzinda’s runaway ex-lover Franklin Emuobor Ebenhron. The Nigerian business man is hunted by police for releasing nude pictures of the singer in a revenge porn move that destroyed the singer’s reputation internationally. He also forged travel documents and was caught with a fake Ugandan passport under the names of Frank Mugisha.
Speaking to journalists on Monday, the minister revealed that he has made sure that Police hunt down the business man and bring him to justice. “We have Police in Nigeria helping us with the search as well as Dubai where he does a lot of business. When they get any heads up about his whereabouts, they will let us know,” he said.
Franklin’s relationship with Desire Luzinda ended when he released her nudes. He accused her of being greedy for money and calling him a conman a thing that only God can forgive. According to him, Desire was too greedy and sex hungry that no man could satisfy her desire for money and sex. He felt betrayed when she was named in sex scandals with several city dude yet she had sworn to give her love only to him. In a phone interview from Kuwait, Franklin revealed that had been helping the singer financially for a long time and when she called him a masquerader he decided to unleash the photos as a way of punishing her.
