Following its re-sale by former owner Spear Abowe and consequent renovation by new owner Ronald, Club Rouge was re-opened on Friday in a mega party.
City partiers and celebrities flocked the Jinja road based club to witness the grand reopening. Several artistes performed including Sheebah and Pallaso to entertain the hundreds of people who had showed up at the brand new club.
