Self-made entrepreneur and social commentator, Frank Gashumba has been spotted in the gym, weeks after his diatribe on working out. Frank Gashumba previously said people should spend time building their mental faculties instead of wasting time building their muscles.

He was speaking out on the unfortunate Club Guvnor incident in which a one Johhnie Ahimbisibwe was killed by Ivan Kamyuka, who visibly had a knack for body building.

In his (in)famous quote, he said; “… Ivan is in upper prison, Johnie is six feet under the soil, Nina is a widow now, John’s son is an orphan. Instead of upgrading their mental infrastructure, they are busy in gyms putting on useless muscles.”

Hypocritically, Frank Gashumba is now spending hours in the gym. Check out photo below.
