Nigerian singer D’Banj is still celebrating his big win at the recently concluded MTV MAMAs. The singer beat our own Dr. Jose Chameleone to the MAMA Evolution award that celebrates African music legends who have had an indelible impact in shaping the music industry on the continent.
D’Banj recently presented his accolade to the World Bank Vice President Dr Arumah Oteh who also happens to be his mother. He shared the photo with the mum on social media captioned: “A very Big Congratulations to us. That is Me and my wonderful Mamalet Dr Arumah Oteh @Aoteh on her Appointment as the New Vice President of The World Bank and also to me.. You always said that “I was a Legend”… God bless you ma I am so proud of you”
